ENGINE: All oil lubricated engine parts consisting of the following: pistons & rings, timing chain, cylinder lining or bore, oil pump, rods & rod bearings, push rods, crankshaft & bearings, valve lifters, rocker arms & pivots, distributor drive gear, timing gear & sprockets, valve stems & guides.
TRANSMISSION: All internal parts, seals, gaskets, and the torque converter.
All warranty service is to be performed at the premises of D & D Motors, Inc., Spartanburg County, Greer, South Carolina.

Exclusions & Limitations
- This warranty extends only to the owner of the vehicle as stated on the warranty certificate and is not transferable.
- This warranty commences only after the expiration of the new car warranty from Ford Motor Company and any other applicable warranties.
- The vehicle shown on the warranty certificate must be serviced in accordance with the Maintenance Schedules shown above, and all service on and maintenance of the vehicle during the entire term of this warranty must be performed at D & D Motors.
- This warranty is not applicable to vehicles which are modified in any way or which are used on competition or for commercial events.
- This warranty does not cover claims that are the result of the vehicle being in a collision or otherwise damaged, vehicles in which other than normal recommended fuel and lubricants are used, and vehicles whic are intentionally or negligently abused.
- This warranty expires, if not before, at midnight, ten years from the date on the certificate.
